Howards of Aberystwyth was formed by John and Linda Howard almost 25 years ago. We started our business from a shop in Aberystwyth on the west coast of Wales, specialising in antique British pottery of the 18th and 19th centuries. The shop is now closed, in favor of concentrating activities on exhibiting at the major British fine art and antiques fairs such as the the three held each year at Olympia and the BADA fair. Direct sales and air freight service for clients in the USA and a delivery service for UK customers is available on all products. Our policy is to supply the best examples possible of British pottery and to maintain a high level of trust with trade customers and private collectors. We work very much on a personal basis with every customer.... over 70% of sales are from past customers!

As part of our commitment to outstanding quality and service, we are members of the prestigious British Antique Dealers Association and LAPADA, both associations have a code of practice requiring a high quality of stock, and a depth of knowledge and integrity from member dealers. John is a member of the Vetting Committee at the Olympia Fine Arts Fairs and other major fairs in the UK, he is also a member of the June Olympia Advisory Board.
